TL;DR

Software Developer (Banking, Payments): Developing and delivering payment and cash management technology and software for over 100 banks in the Nordics, with an accent on end-to-end responsibility using agile methodologies. Focus on applying customer business logic to solve payment and cash management challenges and continuously learning new innovative technologies.

Location: Bergen, Norway. This role requires an onsite presence in Bergen.

What you will do

  • Join an agile development team responsible for developing and delivering payment services.
  • Develop great software products with end-to-end responsibility using agile methodologies.
  • Participate in several projects simultaneously, requiring collaboration and prioritization.
  • Contribute to developing payment and cash management technology and software in the Nordics.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field with several years of work experience in agile software development, tools, and deployment.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Java Development.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer value by having an interest in details and context.
  • Proven track record of delivering results with quality and flexibility.
  • Fluent language skills in Norwegian (at least B2) and English, verbally and written.
  • Team player who demonstrates responsibility, organizes work, and is keen to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of, or experience with, payment and/or cash management solutions.
