What you will do

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Implement and manage application state using Redux/Redux Toolkit.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, optimizing application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Stay up to date with modern mobile development trends and technologies.
• Support and guide less experienced developers when at Senior level.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Solid understanding of ES6+ and modern JavaScript practices.
• Practical experience with Redux and application state management.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX patterns and performance considerations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and mobile app releases (App Store/Google Play).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working on healthcare or life sciences projects, including compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience with Bluetooth integrations (BLE devices, wearables, medical devices).
• Exposure to native modules and basic understanding of bridging between React Native and iOS/Android.
