What you will do

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers on end-to-end features.
• Implement and manage application state using Redux/Redux Toolkit.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Support and guide less experienced developers (for Senior level).

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React Native
• Solid understanding of ES6+, modern JavaScript practices, and Redux for state management.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX patterns and performance considerations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and mobile app releases.

Nice to have

• Experience working on healthcare or life sciences projects (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR compliance).
• Experience with Bluetooth integrations (BLE devices, wearables, medical devices).
• Exposure to native modules and basic understanding of bridging between React Native and iOS/Android.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
