What you will do

• Lead a small group of React Native engineers, driving architectural decisions, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Design and build advanced cross-platform applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Integrate JavaScript SDKs, libraries, and backend services into mobile applications, extending backend logic as needed.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Define and own patterns for state management, navigation, performance, modularization, and security across mobile applications.
• Contribute to backend components when needed to support mobile features and unblock mobile delivery.

Requirements

• Thorough experience with React, React Native (mainly Expo), and Redux.
• Highly proficient in JavaScript and ES6+.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring mobile engineers.
• Demonstrated ability to own architecture for large-scale React Native applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
• Familiarity with modern front-end pipelines and tools, Native modules (C++), WebSockets, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in Swift/Objective-C (iOS) or Kotlin/Java (Android) for low-level implementation.
• Experience with backend development using Node or similar environments.
• Comfortable working across the stack while still maintaining strong depth in mobile development.
• Excellent English communication skills.
