Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop scalable, maintainable front-end code, ensuring flexibility for future growth.
  • Prioritize performance, usability, and accessibility, balancing innovation with clarity.
  • Debug and resolve code issues, supporting colleagues in troubleshooting.
  • Communicate proactively, flagging risks and aligning with business requirements.
  • Own engineering projects from inception to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Improve developer quality of life, contributing to front-end architecture and development processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience with React, modern JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Deep understanding of motion design as part of interaction design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating immersive interactive experiences or motion-rich interfaces.
  • Skilled in translating brand stories into interactive experiences.
  • Comfortable working in conceptual, experimental environments.
  • Experience using frameworks like GSAP and ThreeJS.
  • Experience with content management systems.
