What you will do

• Manage a diverse portfolio of transition programs, including transformation-led transitions and staff augmentation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain governance structures at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
• Deliver high-quality transition programs within defined time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Apply best practices in knowledge transfer and ramp-up methodologies.
• Provide comprehensive status reports and manage escalations to maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee large-scale, multi-country and multi-tower transitions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Process Transitions and managing large-scale projects (200+ FTE).
• Strong understanding of transition and transformation models and project management methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience in international environments and multi-country rollouts is a plus.
