Hebrew Linguist (Quality Control/Transcreation): Performing quality control, transcreation, and on-demand translation tasks, while coordinating a group of translators. Focus on maintaining language materials, resolving terminology questions, and ensuring high standards within specified deadlines.

What you will do

• Perform copy-edit tasks on assigned projects or accounts.
• Perform on-demand translation tasks.
• Manage and maintain language materials up to quality standards.
• Manage project-related queries.
• Test and qualify new freelancers and vendors as required.
• Participate in the development of new and improved working processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Translation/Applied Languages and related experience as translator and/or reviewer of 3+ years or equivalent work experience.
• Native-level fluency in the Hebrew language
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experienced as a translator in: Mobile Apps, Search Engines, IT Consumer products, Entertainment, Marketing, Software UI, Websites.
• Excellent knowledge of terminology in the following subject matters: IT consumer products, social media, entertainment.
• Good user experience of standard CAT tools, e.g., XTM, SDL Studio, and issue tracking and query management tools, e.g. JIRA
