TL;DR
Software Engineer (.NET/WPF): Developing and improving a multi-faceted software suite supporting remote offshore and subsea inspections with an accent on Windows desktop applications and AWS cloud-native infrastructure. Focus on facilitating data storage, processing, and display at scale, and building robust, user-friendly, and maintainable applications.
Location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia (hybrid work-from-home options available). Australian working rights required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

What you will do
- Improve and extend the Sense Suite, a multi-faceted product suite for remote surveying and inspection operations.
- Facilitate storage, processing, retrieval, and display of large-scale data (point clouds, imagery, video).
- Engage technical stakeholders to build requirements for future development.
- Maintain integrity and high availability of the platform and cloud-based services.
Requirements
- Experience developing applications using C# and .NET.
- Deep understanding of Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) for rich UI experiences.
- Familiarity with Windows-specific APIs, performance optimization, and debugging tools.
- Understanding of source code management and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub/GitHub Actions).
- Strong communication, writing skills, and ability to prioritize in an agile environment.
- Must have Australian working rights.
Nice to have
- Interest in pragmatic AI-first software engineering.
- Familiarity with AWS services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps practices.
