What you will do

• Architect and build dynamic, content-rich web experiences leveraging headless CMSs like Sanity or Payload.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of key product features, from concept to deployment, shaping the technical approach and making critical architectural decisions.
• Elevate the team’s velocity and craft by introducing tools and practices that raise the technical bar and solve bottlenecks.
• Bridge the gap between ambitious creative vision and technical reality, collaborating with designers and strategists to build elegant solutions.

Requirements

• Think in systems and components, with satisfaction from designing intuitive React architectures or data schemas.
• Be a proactive problem-solver who thrives on digging into ambiguity, asking “why,” and prototyping solutions to complex challenges.
• Articulate a compelling case for specific technologies or approaches, while being committed to the team’s final decision.
• Be comfortable crafting a polished, dynamic frontend with Next.js and diving into backend logic, API routes, or CMS configuration.
