What you will do

• Own day-to-day relationships with key client stakeholders to drive alignment, satisfaction, and solution adoption.
• Support the co-creation of transformative client strategies by aligning business priorities with XR-driven innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the customization and development of XR projects in line with client needs.
• Lead implementation initiatives by aligning internal and client teams and managing onboarding and training.
• Monitor performance and collect client feedback to identify risks and surface new opportunities.

Requirements

• Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of post-graduate work experience with a proven track record of professional achievement and impact.
• Experience working in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience overseeing projects and driving them to successful completion.

Nice to have

• Experience in the life sciences sector, particularly in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences Instruments/Tools.
• Familiarity with operations or service operations is also highly beneficial.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
