What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Front Office Hosts and Supervisors with confidence and positivity.
- Shape a welcoming, fun, and high-performing culture at the front desk.
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and all front desk processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and unforgettable journey.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify upselling opportunities to increase occupancy and overall revenue.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong people skills and the ability to motivate different personalities.
- Creative, problem-solving mindset with a drive to improve operational workflows.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language (German).
- Ability to stay calm and take smart action under high pressure.
- Basic financial literacy and comfort in analyzing numbers and trends.
