What you will do

• Source qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and manage the ATS system.
• Support candidates during the entire recruitment and relocation process.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in recruitment of software developers.
• Experience in finding people in other countries with the relocation option.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Headhunting experience.
