Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst: Helping clients prioritize business and technical requirements and team management. Focus on ensuring features and functionality of the products.

Location: Work from the office in Lisbon. If you are not in Lisbon, relocation can be arranged after the probation period. A relocation package is provided.

What you will do

• Work with clients and product stakeholders to clarify business goals and shape solution concepts.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Work with designers to shape simple, intuitive UX for complex logic.
• Own requirements end-to-end, from early discovery through development, testing, and release.
• Manage a cross-functional team (5+ people), coordinating tasks and tracking progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Product management experience is a plus.
• Background delivering business automation systems (ERP, CRM, workflow/RPA).
• Ability to turn business goals into clear, testable requirements and own requirements to release.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Advanced/Fluent Ukrainian and English.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or integrating AI agents.
• Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) are a plus.
