What you will do

• Lead, hire, and mentor a proficient team of data analysts, building a center of excellence for data analytics.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the team's workflow to ensure optimal productivity and timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, data requirements, and analytical approaches.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide guidance on analytical techniques and best practices.
• Develop and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract meaningful, actionable insights from data.
• Interpret and communicate findings through insightful reports, presentations, and data visualizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with 1+ years in a managerial capacity
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
• Familiarity with monitoring and measuring statistical modeling performance and building dashboards using tools like Grafana or Looker.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
