What you will do

• Execute daily collection, composition, and distribution of financial instrument data to ensure adherence to client SLAs.
• Conduct quality checks and perform root-cause analysis on unexpected data behavior to resolve service incidents.
• Adhere to operational risk frameworks including SOX and data governance standards.
• Proactively improve operational processes with a focus on manual task automation and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with regional clients to capture specific data requirements and address service requests.
• Document business processes and operational runbooks to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience with data vendor feeds such as Bloomberg, IDC, or Reuters.
• Deep knowledge of traditional and complex financial instruments including ABS/MBS, index-linked bonds, and syndicated loans.
• 4-5 years of experience in master and reference data management and exception handling.
• Proven track record in data governance, process design, and requirements engineering.
• Experience using enterprise-level EDM platforms and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or HPALM.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or engineering.
