What you will do
- Design, develop, and operate secure, maintainable, and scalable web applications using React on the frontend and .NET (C#) on the backend.
- Utilize Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps) to build highly available, scalable, and secure applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, driving design decisions and elevating engineering practices.
- Drive team success through pair programming, thoughtful code reviews, and shared design sessions.
- Champion automated testing, static analysis, observability, and DevOps workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on distributed systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and performance optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of observability tools and best practices for system reliability.
