TL;DR

Data Analyst (Cybersecurity): Building an analytics culture and delivering impactful insights across hirify.global with an accent on developing and implementing data analytics strategies to support organizational growth. Focus on owning the end-to-end data analytics infrastructure, leveraging product usage data, and championing data-driven decision-making.

Location: Fully Remote, work from anywhere globally. Must be able to overlap at least 4 hours with the UK timezone (8am - 6pm GMT).

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.

What you will do

• Deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.
• Own the end-to-end data analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines, warehousing, modeling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze company data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
• Leverage product usage data to inform product strategies and champion data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working as a data engineer, analyst, or analytics engineer.
• Strong SQL skills are essential.
• Demonstrable experience using visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and modeling, preferably using dbt.
• Experience in event-based analytics to measure user behavior and conversion performance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Work authorization for your location is required as sponsorship is not provided.
