Data Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Data Analyst: Building an analytics culture and delivering impactful insights across hirify.global with an accent on owning the end-to-end data analytics infrastructure, from data pipelines to reporting. Focus on translating business objectives into data-driven solutions and championing data-driven decision-making.

Location: 100% Remote, allowing work from anywhere globally. Candidates must have 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone (8am - 6pm). Sponsorship cannot be provided.

What you will do

• Deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.
• Own the end-to-end data analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines, warehousing, modeling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze company data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
• Leverage product usage data to inform product strategies and drive analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working as a data engineer, analyst, or analytics engineer.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Demonstrable experience using visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and modeling, preferably using dbt.
• Experience in event-based analytics to measure user behavior and conversion performance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of machine learning models and techniques.
• Startup experience.
