What you will do

• Collaborate with UK Sovereign technical teams to assess security posture.
• Maintain and present vulnerability remediation status in POA&M format.
• Identify and report potential security alerts to customers.
• Prepare and deliver monthly security status updates to customers.
• Translate detailed technical information into clear, structured updates for diverse stakeholders.
• Capture customer feedback and action items, ensuring timely follow-up.

Requirements

• UK citizenship and ability to pass SCC clearance.
• Strong technical understanding of security principles, architecture, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like Cyber Essentials Plus, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles within security or technology sectors.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations and resolve issues under tight deadlines.
