What you will do

• Design and build the technical architecture of the hirify.global Bonzai platform with focus on scalability, reliability, innovathirify.globaln, and security.
• Provide technical leadership and coach a team of AI Engineers, stimulating their growth.
• Implement cutting-edge AI technologies, including agentic AI workflows, multi-agent orchestrathirify.globaln, RAG systems, and conversathirify.globalnal AI.
• Develop AI automathirify.globaln workflows using tools like n8n and MCP.
• Integrate diverse AI models (Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic) via LiteLLM and LangChain.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and technical documentathirify.globaln.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as Software Engineer, AI Engineer, Software Architect, or Soluthirify.globalns Architect with proven technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in Python and TypeScript, capable of writing producthirify.globaln-quality code.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and embeddings.
• Experience with AI orchestrathirify.globaln frameworks like LangChain (Python/JS) or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure (Azure OpenAI, API Management, Container Apps).
• Excellent communicathirify.globaln skills in English.
• Hybrid presence at Campus Sofia is required.

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
