What you will do

• Develop AI features and capabilities for the hirify.global Bonzai platform.
• Build conversathirify.globalnal AI experiences, RAG systems, and AI automathirify.globaln workflows.
• Integrate multiple AI models (Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic) via LiteLLM and LangChain.
• Develop agentic AI soluthirify.globalns and optimize prompts for varhirify.globalus use cases.
• Implement observability and monitoring with Langfuse and work with vector databases.
• Collaborate with Cloud Operathirify.globalns on scalable Azure infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, AI Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Full stack programming skills in Python, TypeScript & React.
• Experience with LLMs and generative AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestrathirify.globaln tools.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and experience with APIs and building integrathirify.globalns.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Good communicathirify.globaln skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), n8n, and LiteLLM.
• Knowledge of conversathirify.globalnal AI platforms (LibreChat, Botpress) and vector databases (Azure AI Search, Weaviate).
