What you will do

• Migrate and reorganize Tableau dashboards and Metabase charts to improve scalability.
• Build and maintain core metric reference dashboards as a single source of truth.
• Establish data governance, naming conventions, and documentation to improve data trust.
• Provide training and support to business teams to enable self-serve analytics.
• Partner with product and growth teams to design dashboards for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor dashboard usage patterns and identify opportunities for optimization or deprecation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines and willing to align with Australian business hours.
• 5–8 years of experience as a BI analyst in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau and Metabase.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
