What you will do

• Lead a dedicated team of seven based in London, overseeing paid media activities across search and social channels for a luxury watch client.
• Drive the activation of all international social media campaigns (approx. 11 per annum + local activations) and search across 40+ markets.
• Provide strategic client consulting as the primary contact for social and search, advising at the highest level.
• Lead the development of customized concepts and planning responses to client briefs, ensuring excellence and innovation.
• Manage relationships with various stakeholders, including SEO agencies, social platforms, Google, and production agencies.
• Oversee team response for creating comprehensive campaign performance reports and analysis.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in a media agency.
• Strong expertise in in-platform activation for multinational clients at a management level.
• Fluency in English (C1); ideally, also German language skills.
• Proven analytical skills in creating campaign reports and using dashboards.
• Proactive approach and willingness to engage with partners to forge close partnerships.
• Experience in supporting the setup and piloting of new reporting tools like Power BI or Salesforce.
