What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 DevOps engineers, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and testing.
• Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of development and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering within an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of engineers.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Expertise in scripting and automation using Python and Shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with other cloud providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience in the financial services industry or other highly regulated environments.
