What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 DevOps engineers.
• Architect, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment processes.
• Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related technical role within an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of engineers, including performance management and career development.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda.
• Expertise in scripting and automation using Python and Shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems, including system administration and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with other cloud providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
