What you will do

• Lead and manage all payment operations across the business.
• Define and execute payment optimisation strategies.
• Own relationships and commercial negotiations with PSPs, acquirers, and banks.
• Ensure compliance with global payment regulations, AML, and fraud frameworks.
• Analyse payment data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve flows and launch new payment solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing payments team.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a senior payments role within the iGaming industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with payment gateways, PSPs, and transaction processing at scale.
• Proven track record managing large transaction volumes across multiple providers.
• Solid understanding of global payments regulation, compliance, and risk controls.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capability.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into execution.
