Accountant (iGaming)

TL;DR

Accountant (Finance): Maintaining accurate accounting records and managing financial operations for a fast-growing iGaming company with an accent on tax compliance and multi-entity reporting. Focus on managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing VAT and CIT returns, and improving financial process efficiency.

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate accounting records across multiple entities.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Prepare and submit VAT and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) returns.
• Execute payments and perform bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with Xero.
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience in accounting firms or audit environments.
• Exposure to multi-entity accounting structures.
• Experience in iGaming, gambling, or similar industries.
• Greek language skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments.
