What you will do

• Own and support finance process transformation initiatives ensuring timely delivery and business impact.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Manage project progress, develop standardized frameworks, and coordinate financial planning cycles.
• Collaborate across finance teams to implement new systems and provide advanced technical support.
• Lead training sessions and mentor colleagues to elevate team knowledge in new technologies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations in all process optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with CPA certification.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in accounting, finance systems, or consulting roles.
• Proven success in finance-focused project leadership or significant contribution.
• Proficiency in using technology, including AI and automation, to improve financial processes.
• Fluency in English as a working language.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
