What you will do

• Partner with Sales leadership and Account teams as a trusted advisor on deal structures and pricing.
• Manage risk and take ownership of final approval decisions on deals.
• Develop concession strategies to optimize revenue and protect margins.
• Provide financial modeling to support pricing and evaluate economic impacts.
• Assist with complex contract negotiations and manage approval processes.
• Lead special projects to enhance Deal Desk processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico City or able to work hybrid from this location.
• 12-15 years of experience in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis, or related fields.
• Proven leadership and influence across organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
