What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable developer-facing products and APIs for LLM and Agentic applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developer relations, and engineers to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Implement validation, monitoring, and observability for ML services in sandbox environments.
• Drive full development lifecycle from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Continuously optimize performance, scalability, and developer usability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to uphold engineering standards.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in San Francisco, California, USA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of shipping high-quality products.
• Proficient in Go, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript with hands-on experience with LLM models.
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML services in production is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of API design, developer tooling, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMops/MLops, especially in developer-facing products.
• Experience building or supporting developer platforms, APIs, or sandbox environments.
