What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scripts, APIs, and workflow automations for collaboration tools and identity platforms.
• Develop lightweight services integrating collaboration, GenAI tools, and internal systems to reduce manual work.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for automation and AI workflows; troubleshoot and optimize reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Contribute to secure onboarding, off-boarding, and mover workflows with automation and safe handoffs.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and People teams to embed identity, data, and compliance standards through automation.
• Participate in pilot projects integrating LLMs and agents to build user-assisting flows.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States for remote work
• 4–6 years experience in software engineering, systems integration, or workplace technology with automation focus.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian) and interest in AI workflows.
• Understanding or willingness to grow in IAM/SSO technologies (Okta, SAML/OIDC/SCIM).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience automating provisioning/access and CI/CD workflow orchestration.
• Interest in building agentic AI flows like bots for ticket triage and document summarization.
