What you will do
- Partner with delivery and executive stakeholders to scope, design, and lead AI-driven solution implementations
- Identify and transform ambiguous workflows into repeatable AI systems
- Lead architecture design balancing performance, scalability, cost, and reliability
- Own projects from discovery through deployment, including client-facing delivery and internal coordination
- Build shared infrastructure, reusable components, and internal playbooks
- Coach and mentor mid-level engineers and shape the AI engineering culture
Requirements
- Active U.S. Department of War Secret Clearance or higher required
- Must be based in or authorized to work in the U.S. with ability to travel 25β50% across North America
- 5+ years software engineering experience with backend, data, or ML systems
- Proficiency in Python and ML/LLM frameworks including Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, Pinecone
- Experience with deployment and infrastructure tools: Docker, FastAPI, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS
- Strong product and system design skills with client-facing communication experience
