Group Product Manager

What you will do

• Manage journal finder, APC funding finder, and preprint experiences on customer-facing websites.
• Collaborate closely with Director of Product and internal development teams to deliver product success.
• Own relationships with third-party partners to drive product development and value delivery.
• Use data and customer research to iteratively improve author experiences.
• Lead and support a small team of product managers and associate product managers.
• Develop and execute product strategy aligned with company goals and portfolio.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin or London for onsite work
• 3+ years experience in product management and agile methodologies.
• Experience managing consumer-facing products and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proven success in meeting product goals using data-driven approaches.
• University education or equivalent experience in relevant field.
