What you will do

• Own new product initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition to continuous improvement.
• Shape the roadmap, evaluate and prioritize ideas based on company strategy, and discuss with the product management team.
• Bridge disciplines by translating between users, clients, and engineering teams to ensure real needs are met.
• Build quick prototypes and collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and proactively, tailoring messages for different audiences in a remote-first environment.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Marketing, UX/UI, QA, and leadership for coordinated delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and launching digital products end-to-end, with lessons learned from successes and failures.
• Strong product mindset, deeply caring about the 'why' and 'for whom' products are built.
• Senior-level experience in software engineering, ideally with Ruby on Rails, having built and maintained complex fullstack web applications.
• Experience applying product management methodologies and practices such as agile, user research, design thinking, or rapid prototyping.
• Ability to quickly prototype ideas and collaborate with developers on equal footing.
• Fluency in English is a must-have; ideally, also fluent in German.
• Leadership that fosters psychological safety, constructive challenge, and DEIB principles.
