TL;DR
Lead Product Manager: Guiding multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver and continuously improve services that meet user needs and solve problems for clients with an accent on product vision and value delivery. Focus on mentoring and coaching team members to improve agile maturity and partnering with client product owners and stakeholders.
Location: This role is remote for the foreseeable future with onsite client working where required and occasional travel to head office in London for workshops/meetings.
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000

What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver and continuously improve services that meet user needs and solve problems for clients.
- Deliver results at all stages in the product lifecycle, including Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live.
- Form an effective partnership with client product owners and stakeholders.
- Improve the product management capability at hirify.global by mentoring and coaching others.
Requirements
- Product ownership: Use a range of techniques to work with a multidisciplinary team and translate user needs into deliverables.
- Product management: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, define minimum viable product, and make good decisions about priorities with sometimes limited information.
- Agile working: Strong experience working as part of Agile or Kanban teams.
- Lifecycle experience: Able to successfully lead teams through the full product lifecycle, including Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live and identify tools and techniques to be used at each stage.
- User focus: Understand users and deliver products and services that meet these needs.
- To be able to work on our customer projects, employees must be Security Cleared to a standard acceptable to our Government customers. Due to this restriction we can currently only recruit candidates who have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and who have lived in the UK for the last 5+ years continuously.
- GDS service assessment experience is essential.
- Discovery phase work is essential.
