Salary: $162,250.00 – $204,750.00

What you will do

• Analyze market segments, customer needs, and competition to define safety solution strategies.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps and visions for assigned product areas.
• Propose new capabilities and functionality with strong customer value and competitive advantage.
• Develop business cases and market requirements for new features.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop new functionality and ensure product value.
• Work with product marketing for impactful market launches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, spanning new product development and in-market products.
• Proven success utilizing AI tools to increase product impact and accelerate time to market.
• Experience in Project Management and Agile/SCRUM development environments.
• Proven track record of working effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English (C1+).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• Ability to travel 10-20%.
