TL;DR

Senior Manager, Support and Services Tools (Service Cloud & Certinia): Developing and executing the Business Applications systems roadmap for Global Professional Services and Customer Support functions with an accent on strategic alignment, technical thought leadership, and scalable use of technologies. Focus on overseeing high-level solution design for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Certinia PSA, and managing complex enterprise integrations with financial back-office systems.

Location: Onsite in Austin, Texas, United States.

Salary: $163,040.00–$224,180.00 USD Annually.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the long-term technical strategy and roadmap for Global Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Support applications.
  • Lead analysis of business challenges, translating them into efficient workflows and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
  • Serve as the primary technical architect, overseeing high-level solution design for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Certinia PSA.
  • Manage complex enterprise integrations with financial back-office systems including Zuora, Concur, Coupa, and NetSuite.
  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing, cross-functional team of Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Engineers.
  • Mentor team members and define career paths to foster professional growth and retention.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience leading cross-functional application delivery teams, managing Business Analysts and Developers, with a strong focus on GTM and Financial systems.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Certinia (PSA) capabilities and architecture.
  • Experience managing enterprise integrations with financial back-office systems such as Zuora, Concur, Coupa, and NetSuite.
  • Proven track record implementing advanced functionalities and leveraging platform capabilities.
  • Strong history of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
