What you will do

• Design annual partner investment frameworks and spend planning models aligned with global operational and financial goals.
• Evaluate rebate programs and contra-revenue spend to optimize partner profitability and incentives.
• Lead financial validation of rebate eligibility and payments ensuring accuracy and trust within the partner ecosystem.
• Develop advanced data visualization suites and dashboards to communicate performance trends and forecasts.
• Build predictive models for new partner initiatives to influence executive decisions.

Requirements

• BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.
• Must work onsite from Staines, UK office in compliance with company policies.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and enterprise tools such as Excel, Anaplan, NetSuite, or Snowflake.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable financial narratives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• English language proficiency at least B2 level.
