What you will do

• Support commercial analysis, enhancing financial models covering bookings, revenue, quota coverage, demand generation, and commissions.
• Develop reports and dashboards, enabling self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including automation and system integration projects.
• Validate and manage financial data, ensuring accuracy across key systems like Anaplan, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, Procurement, and HRMS.
• Build and maintain financial models to provide insights into revenue, growth, and profitability, assisting in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and BI teams to integrate financial data and optimize workflows across systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience in a finance analyst, FP&A analyst, or data analyst role.
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL).
• Experience with finance systems such as Anaplan, Salesforce, or ERP platforms.
• Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial data into business insights.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
