• Unify stakeholders around a clear vision and plan aligned with strategic goals.
• Own end-to-end execution of key technical programs managing risks and quality.
• Collaborate across Product, UX, Marketing, Legal, Data Sciences, and Engineering teams.
• Drive clarity and decision-making in ambiguous, complex program environments.

Requirements

• Must be located within a 50-mile commute of a Microsoft U.S. office.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
• 2+ years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Preferred: 8+ years experience and 6+ years leading high-ambiguity tech programs.
• Experience with ad serving, programmatic auctions, monetization KPIs, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI.
• Experience delivering ML-powered or real-time systems at scale.
