What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Machine Learning engineers and data scientists specializing in GenAI.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the ML practice, focusing on Generative AI capabilities.
• Drive research and development efforts in cutting-edge AI technologies and applications.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex GenAI projects for clients, ensuring quality and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and pre-sales, to identify new business opportunities.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the practice.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience within a Machine Learning or AI domain.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI models, frameworks, and applications.
• Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to strategically drive technological initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be legally authorized to work from Ukraine, Poland, Armenia, Serbia, Slovakia, or Spain.
