What you will do

• Define long-term vision and product strategy for global advertising solutions.
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of new products and features.
• Drive technical decisions on predictive modeling, generative AI, reinforcement learning, and real-time optimization.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical advertising services across AWS regions.
• Establish engineering best practices for MLOps including model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and applied scientists.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years working within engineering teams and 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development.
• Experience designing scalable, reliable systems and engineering best practices.
• Strong collaboration with product and program management teams.
• Location requirement: Must be based in the United States, specifically Los Angeles County.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level.
