TL;DR

Technical Support Specialist (French): Providing transformative customer experiences by prioritizing calls and email correspondence, taking ownership of customer issues, and ensuring high-quality service. Focus on resolving critical product issues, developing solutions, and creating and delivering product training to internal and external teams.

Location: Remote anywhere based in Germany, with a hybrid office option in Berlin.

What you will do

  • Provide prompt, accurate follow-up to tickets and support calls.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve critical product issues and develop solutions.
  • Create and deliver product or technology training to internal and external partner teams.
  • Share knowledge of issues and corresponding resolutions or workarounds, including creating new knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in a customer service/support-related position.
  • Proficient in Windows troubleshooting (Windows registry, services), with working knowledge of MacOS, and a general understanding of Linux distributions.
  • Must be able to work a set schedule during office hours Monday to Friday.
  • This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Zendesk.
  • Understanding of any virtualization platform and basic networking.
  • Previous experience with RMM software.
  • Proficiency in Italian, German, Dutch, or Spanish.
