What you will do
- Lead the Experience Design practice to develop capabilities and offerings for public sector clients.
- Drive revenue, margin, and utilization of the practice, collaborating with other leadership teams.
- Engage with clients to understand challenges, build trusted relationships, and oversee client deliveries.
- Contribute up to 50% of time to billable project activities to ensure quality and share best practices.
- Develop and mentor a team of UX Designers, Interaction Designers, and User Researchers.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of public sector digital transformation and ability to bridge commercial innovation with government challenges.
- Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders by delivering user-centric, data-driven solutions.
- Experience leading high-performing consulting teams while maintaining a profitable cost centre.
- Proficiency in business development and strategic execution, creating market-ready propositions and collaborating with sales teams.
- Expertise in Strategic Design, Content and UX Design, Service mapping, User experience analysis, Research and Insights, Design Leadership, and Agile.
- Eligibility for SC (security check) clearance required, which includes 5 years' UK residency and 5 years' employment history in the UK (or back to full-time education).
- Ideally, no more than 30 consecutive days spent outside the UK within the last five years.
