What you will do
- Define problems, generate hypotheses, and validate solutions through iterative design processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and the education sector.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative user research to make data-driven decisions.
- Translate complex workflows and requirements into simple, effective, and scalable user experiences.
- Design and prototype wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong experience in user-centered design processes, from research to final execution.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong decision-making skills, adaptability, and the ability to influence teams.
- A proactive approach to learning and applying new design methodologies.
- A curious and collaborative mindset and experience working with remote teams.
