What you will do

• Lead user research activities across multiple government projects following GDS design principles.
• Build and embed user-centred practices in new teams and agile workflows.
• Supervise and develop other user researchers to improve research quality.
• Advocate for inclusive research and accessible service design.
• Analyze and synthesize research data, presenting findings tailored to different audiences.
• Align research activities with strategic service propositions and technological contexts.

Requirements

• Full right to work in the UK and eligibility for security clearance.
• 4+ years of user research experience, including leadership across government projects.
• Experience with GDS design principles or equivalent UK public sector standards.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in London.
