What you will do
- Work effectively and confidently as part of agile teams to help uncover priorities, visualize outcomes, and define scope.
- Collaborate closely within multidisciplinary teams of designers, product owners, business analysts, and engineers.
- Shape and deliver programmes of research to ensure insights lead proposition and service enhancements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with collaborators to ensure business context, needs, and risks are well understood.
- Research and document current state services and experiences, and prototype future state services.
- Lead and mentor others to make good experience design decisions, prioritizing the user perspective.
Requirements
- Must be able to work hybrid from Chester or Manchester, UK.
- Experience in a range of research and design methods, including contextual enquiry, interviews, diary studies, and questionnaire design.
- Proficiency in customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, creative workshop facilitation, storyboarding, and service safari.
- Demonstrated ability in persona development, co-creation, and paper prototyping.
- Strong collaboration skills within multidisciplinary agile teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to manage expectations.
