What you will do
- Grow the Product & Innovation practice, including revenue and headcount, by identifying growth opportunities and proactively proposing solutions to clients.
- Develop and establish differentiated propositions for public sector clients, positioning hirify.global as a thought leader.
- Lead, hire, develop, and coach a team of Product Managers and consultants.
- Ensure the practice is profitable by balancing client needs with cost-effective, high-performing teams.
- Shape the Service Line and hirify.global's client-facing solutions, contributing to bids and external presentations.
- Provide subject matter expertise, guide account teams, and build strategic C-Level relationships across the public sector.
- Oversee client deliveries, mentor teams, and liaise with high-profile stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, contributing up to 50% to billable project activities.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of public sector digital transformation and ability to advise senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-performing consulting teams and managing a profitable cost center.
- Proven track record in business development and strategic execution, creating market-ready propositions.
- Expertise in Strategic Design, Product Management, Innovation, User Experience Analysis, and Agile methodologies.
- Eligibility for SC (security check) clearance, requiring 5 years' UK residency and employment history (or back to full-time education), with ideally no more than 30 consecutive days spent outside the UK in the last five years.
