What you will do

• Grow the Product & Innovation practice (revenue and headcount) by identifying growth opportunities and proactively proposing new ideas to clients.
• Develop joined-up propositions to solve client problems and establish hirify.global as an innovator and thought leader in the public sector.
• Lead, hire, develop, motivate, and coach a team of Product Managers and consultants.
• Deliver a profitable practice by balancing complex client needs with high-performing and cost-effective teams.
• Shape hirify.global's Service Line by defining client-facing solutions and contributing to client engagements and bids.
• Provide subject matter expertise, guide account teams, and build strategic relationships with C-Level stakeholders.
• Oversee client deliveries, mentor delivery teams, and liaise with high-profile stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of public sector digital transformation.
• Ability to bridge commercial innovation and government challenges.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by delivering user-centric, data-driven solutions.
• Lead high-performing consulting teams and maintain a profitable cost center.
• Grow a practice through talent mentorship, supplier management, and cost-effective delivery models.
• Experience in creating market-ready propositions and collaborating with sales teams.
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary digital projects.
• Proficiency in Strategic Design, Product Management, Innovation, User Experience Analysis, Consulting, Senior Stakeholder Management, Product Leadership, and Agile.
• Eligibility for SC (security check) clearance, requiring 5 years' UK residency and employment history.
