What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact and build lasting relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption for new clients.
  • Monitor usage, conduct training, and address adoption challenges.
  • Develop retention strategies, manage contract renewals, and mitigate churn risks.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with sales.
  • Gather client feedback and maintain accurate client records using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in North America, preferably Eastern Time Zone
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools like Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Call center experience is beneficial.
