Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines with hybrid work model
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in technical or service roles in software, telecommunications, or customer service.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with fluency in English.
- Working knowledge of contact center software design and technical concepts.
