TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (Customer Success Manager): Manage key client accounts by resolving complex technical issues and ensuring success with hirify.global products and services with an accent on client relationship building and technical problem-solving. Focus on delivering exceptional service, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving continuous improvement based on client feedback.

Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) in Manila, Philippines

What you will do

  • Drive client success by resolving complex technical challenges and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide exceptional technical support and customer service.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize client solutions.
  • Understand client business needs to identify opportunities for enhanced success.
  • Develop presentations and train clients to maximize their investment in hirify.global products.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines with hybrid work model
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in technical or service roles in software, telecommunications, or customer service.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Working knowledge of contact center software design and technical concepts.
