What you will do

• Design and implement a go-to-market strategy for Iberia, aligning with global objectives and local needs.
• Own revenue generation, budget management, and strategic initiatives to expand market share.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and financial institutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive the launch of new investment products and services for the local market.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing local team, focusing on talent acquisition and career growth.
• Monitor market dynamics, track KPIs, and refine strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leadership roles within the financial services sector or another online industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of local market dynamics and industry trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry and navigate complexity.
• Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken).
