What you will do

• Maintain and update licensing and data partnership opportunity databases, tracking terms and stakeholders.
• Analyze and enrich licensing data using AI, SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Verify legitimacy and onboard new data and licensing partners ensuring compliance.
• Monitor patent filing statuses, deadlines, and portfolio metrics using dashboards and automation.
• Optimize patent operations and improve data accuracy leveraging AI tools.
• Coordinate with legal, product, and engineering teams to align IP and licensing processes.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience in IP operations, licensing, or related field with focus on data management and process improvement.
• Strong technical skills in database management, data analysis, and dashboard creation (SQL, Python, BI tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with IP management software and docketing systems; familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive mindset.
