Location: Must be eligible to work in the US and able to work 5 days per week at our Venice office (Los Angeles).

Salary: Annual base salary of $100,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Manage complex calendars for Legal and Product officers, prioritizing strategic meetings.
• Coordinate all travel logistics with particular attention to litigation schedules and product team commitments.
• Process and track NDAs, contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Plan and execute product team off-sites, summits, and strategic planning sessions.
• Serve as a central coordination point between Legal, Product, and other leadership teams.
• Support internal communications and facilitate bi-coastal collaboration.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience directly serving executive level leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Google Suite, especially Google Calendar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of executive operations of the tech industry.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and execute on complex projects.
